IBSAT 2024: Apply for MBA/PGDM Program
Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) conducts the IBSAT every year. According to the previous year’s papers analysis, the level of the IBSAT exam is moderate. It is comparatively easier than other management exams including CAT, MAT, or CMAT.

IBSAT Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can apply for the IBS Aptitude Test 2024 if they fulfill the following eligibility criteria.
- Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
- Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in total aggregate.
- Should have done their 15 years of education in the pattern of 10+2+3 or 10+2+4
- Must have done their Graduation in English medium. If not from English medium, candidates need to submit TOEFL/ IELT/ IELTS score
- Candidates in their final year can also apply.
- There is no age bar to apply for IBSAT 2023 entrance exam.
- Candidates can also apply through CAT, GMAT, and NMAT scores for direct admission

While registering online for IBSAT 2024, the candidates must keep the following documents/details ready:
- Valid Email ID
- Educational details
- Debit/Credit card
- Aadhaar card/ Voter card/ Passport, etc
- Photograph and signature in jpg/jpeg format and within 50kb
Procedure to Apply Online for IBSAT 2024
Candidates can apply online for the IBSAT 2024 by following these steps –
Step 1 – IBSAT Registration
- First of all, visit the official website of the ICFAI Business School.
- Then you have to click on the “Apply to IBS” tab.
- Enter your valid email ID, mobile number, and postal address to fill out the IBSAT application form.
- Make the IBSAT exam fee payment of the required amount.
- After the payment, a confirmation email containing the login credentials of the IBSAT 2024 Exam will be sent to the provided email ID.
Step 2 – Filling the online IBSAT Application Form
- After logging in to the website, the IBSAT application form will appear on your screen
- Candidates have to enter their personal and academic details such as:
- Name of candidate
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Address
- Exam City
- Identity details
- Once the said details are entered, the candidates will have to click on the Proceed tab.
Step 3 – Editing the IBSAT application form
- After this, check all the details. If there is any error in the details you can edit it.
Step 4 – IBSAT Application fees payment
- After the final submission, the candidates have to pay the IBS registration fee of Rs. 1800 for the IBSAT registration process.
- You can pay the requisite fees using:
- Debit card
- Net banking
- Credit card
Step 5 – Submitting the Application Form
- After submitting the application fees, the final payment receipt will be displayed on the screen.
- At last, Take a printout of the IBSAT Application Form for future reference.

Procedure to Apply for IBSAT in Offline Mode
Step 1: First, Buy the IBSAT application form along with the prospectus from any of the IBS campus/ designated marketing branches on payment of Rs 1,800 in cash.
Step 2: You will receive an envelope with having IBSAT prospectus on the top of which the login ID and voucher number will be printed.
Step 3: Use these credentials to log in and then register on the official website.
Step 4: On entering a valid login ID and password you will be taken to the next section, which is “Change your password”.
Step 5: Change the password and then continue to fill out the IBSAT application form.
IBSAT Admit Card
Hall Ticket for the IBS Aptitude Test will be released by the official website 2 or 3 weeks before the examination. Students appearing for the IBSAT 2024 can check the exam details like date, time venue, exam instruction, etc. in the IBSAT Call Ticket. Candidates can download the IBSAT Admit Card using their login credentials and carry it to the entrance examination.

Candidates can practice for IBSAT 2024 through mock tests which are released by ICFAI Business School on the official website. By going through IBSAT 2024 candidates can familiarize themselves with the actual examination and exam environment. Apart from this, candidates can check the type of questions asked in the exam. Also, through the IBSAT Mock Test, candidates can check their preparation.
IBSAT Result
ICFAI Business School will release the IBSAT 2024 Result on the official website in the last week of December 2024. To check the IBSAT Result, candidates have to use their login credentials i.e. Application Number, Date of Birth, and captcha. IBSAT Cutoff
After the announcement of the IBSAT 2024 result, all nine campuses affiliated with ICFAI Business School will release their cutoff separately for admission. The IBSAT cutoff will be the minimum marks that a person must secure to gain admission into the ICFAI Business School’s affiliated colleges.

IBSAT Counselling
Candidates will be called for counseling rounds after the release of IBSAT Cut Off 2024 tentatively in January 2024. The counseling rounds will include a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview. In the counseling process, candidates will have to verify their original documents of qualification, DOB, etc. Based on counseling, the final merit list will be prepared.
