SSC JE Recruitment 2024: The Staff Selection Commission released the official SSC JE 2024 notification on 29th February 2024 to recruit candidates for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical) in various organizations of the Government of India. SSC JE Full Form
The full form of SSC JE is Staff Selection Commission Junior Engineers. It is a national examination conducted for the post of Junior Engineer in several departments of the government. There are two parts of the examination Paper I and Paper II. While the second paper will be a descriptive exam, the first paper will be an MCQ exam. Candidates have to choose one subject out of three possible for Paper II.

SSC JE Application Form 2024
Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC 2024 JE application form online on March 28, 2024, at ssc.nic.in. Candidates who want to appear for the exam will be able to apply for SSC Application Form 2024 on the official website. To fill out the application form for SSC JE 2024, candidates have to first register by entering their personal details like name, date of birth, and mobile number.
After filling out the SSC JE application, candidates have to pay the application fee. General and OBC candidates will have to pay Rs. 100 while SSC/ST and others are exempted from paying the application fee. Candidates can pay the application fee online as well as offline. They can pay through Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking or Bank Challan.
How to Apply for the SSC JE 2024 Application Form?
Candidates must follow the points given below to fill SSC JE Application Form 2024.
- Go to the official website of SSC – ssc.nic.in.
- The registration link will be displayed in a new tab.
- Tap on the New User / Register Now link.
- To fill the SSC JE application, candidates need to provide some personal details like name, parents name, date of birth, mobile number, email address etc.
- Tap on the submit button to successfully submit the application form of SSC (JE) junior engineer 2024. Before submitting, candidates have to verify their entered details. All applicants will be provided a Registration ID, Date of Birth/Password.
- Now, candidates have to upload the photo and signature in the prescribed size.
- Now, log in with your registered ID and password to complete Part 2 of the registration form of SSC JE 2024.
- After filling out the application form, please review it once before submitting. Once submitted no further edits will be permitted.
