AMET Eligibility Criteria
Required Educational Qualification
The authorities have released the AMET eligibility criteria 2024 on the official website. The eligibility criteria of AMET 2024 is an aggregate of conditions that a candidate has to meet to be considered for admission to a specific academic program offered by the institute. AMET offers courses like B.E/B. Tech, M.Tech, and MBA programs, the eligibility criteria also differ accordingly.
For UG Courses: Candidates must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the mentioned subjects. A 5% relaxation in the aggregate marks applies to the reserved category. The combination of subjects will be different for different disciplines. For PG Courses: Graduation passed candidates or equivalent examination with the mentioned subjects from a recognized University. The combination of subjects will be different for different disciplines. Candidates have to check the official notification for more details.

Procedure to Fill Online AMET Entrance Test 2024

AMET Admit Card
The AMET Call letter will be issued by the exam authorities in online mode. After the completion of the application process, candidates can download their AMET Hall Ticket. To download the admit card candidates have to use their application number and password. After downloading the AMET Entrance Exam Admit Card candidates have to check all the details carefully. In case, there is any discrepancy in the call letter, candidates can contact the concerned authorities.
AMET Result
The authorities will announce the AMET 2024 Results in online mode. Candidates will be able to check the AMET 2024 result by logging in to the candidate portal at the official website. The result of AMET 2024 will be declared on the basis of marks obtained by the students in the entrance exam. The steps to download the AMET scorecard are provided below. Note that, only candidates who will be declared qualified under AMET result will be eligible for the counseling process.
AMET Counselling
The mode of AMET Entrance Exam counseling is offline. The dates for counseling will be declared on the official website. candidates who get shortlisted after the entrance examination will have to further appear for Interview-cum counseling as per the requirement of specific Programmes.
At the AMET Counseling session, candidates have to bring their original documents for verification. Those who have a higher rank will be preferred for the available seat. Candidates who will apply for BE Marine Engineering have to further qualify for the medical fitness test that will be conducted by the authorities.
