CDS Selection Process 2024

उम्मीदवारों का चयन निम्नलिखित चरणों के आधार पर होगा। आपको अगले चरण में उपस्थित होने के लिए सीडीएस भर्ती प्रक्रिया के प्रत्येक चरण के लिए अर्हता प्राप्त करनी होगी। जिन उम्मीदवारों ने लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार में सफलता प्राप्त की है, उन्हें दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन और चिकित्सा परीक्षा के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों का चयन अंतिम योग्यता परीक्षा के आधार पर होगा।

UPSC CDS 1 Exam Pattern

नागरिक सुरक्षा सेवा परीक्षा का पैटर्न सभी सैन्य अकादमियों के लिए समान नहीं है। अधिकारी प्रशिक्षण अकादमी (ओटीए) के लिए आयोजित भर्ती परीक्षा अनुभागों की संख्या के मामले में थोड़ी भिन्न होती है। हालाँकि, दोनों पेपर में प्रश्न वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के होंगे। पेपर द्विभाषी (अंग्रेजी और हिंदी) होगा। यूपीएससी सीडीएस 1 परीक्षा पैटर्न का विवरण इस प्रकार है:

UPSC CDS 1 Exam Pattern for IMA, INA, and AFA

• Total Section: 3 (English, GK, and Elementary Mathematics)
• Total Marks for Written Test: 300 (100 marks for each section)
• Total Marks for Interview Marks: 200
• Duration: 2 Hours for each section

UPSC CDS 1 Exam Pattern for the Officers’ Training Academy

The Elementary Mathematics section is not included in this exam. All other aspects like duration and total marks remain the same as discussed above.

• Duration: 2 hours for each section

UPSC CDS Exam Pattern 2024 – SSB Interview

The Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview’s maximum marks will be 300 for the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Air Force Academy (AFA). Whereas for the Officers’ Training Academy (OTA), the SSB Interview will be conducted for 200 marks. The performance of candidates in the SSB Interview will be judged by three officers – a Psychologist, an Interviewing Officer (IO), and a Group Testing Officer (GTO). For each test, there is no separate weightage.

The SSB Interview can be classified into two stages:

  CDS Syllabus and Exam Patten 2024

• For each question, you will be provided with four alternatives.
• For every wrong answer, 0.33 times the mark assigned to that question will be deducted.
• If you mark two or three choices as answers, then there will be a deduction of 0.33 times the mark assigned to that question.
• In case of unattempted questions, there will be no penalty.
