NIMHANS Recruitment 2022 – Education Qualification

Media Assistant
  • Master’s degree in Mass Communications/ Mass Media/ Journalism with specialization or experience in media and communications or any other relevant postgraduate degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in digital designing and computer art, communications, content writing, marketing, and social media strategy in the field of human rights/development
Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator
  • Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/ Social Work/ Psychology or Ph.D. in relevant.
  • At least 4 years of experience in working with implementation-based developmental organization/s, to conduct research and/ or design robust Monitoring and Evaluation systems.
  • Knowledge of survey protocols for baseline, midterm, and end-line surveys, research, and evaluations of projects/programs.
Senior IT Officer
  • M.Tech/ M.E/ B.E./ B.Tech in IT, CSE, ECE/ MCA in IT/ computer science from any recognized University/ Institution.
  • 3-year experience in relevant field
  • Experience in web application development, database management, and LMS
  • Knowledge in programming i.e. .NET, PHP, Python.
IT Assistant/ Maintenance Officer
  • B.Sc./ M.Sc./ B.E. / B. Tech/ MCA in IT/ computer science from any recognized University/ Institution.
  • 2-year experience in relevant field
Project Officer – Child and Protection
  • Master’s degree in Social Work/ Psychology.
  • At least 3 years experience in directly working with children, with a minimum of 1 year working in state child protection systems and/or child care institutions or in school settings or in clinical settings, such as hospitals/ departments of psychiatry/ child guidance clinic.
  • Strong understanding of the structure and workings of the child protection system, including knowledge of child laws applicable in the protection system, namely juvenile justice and child sexual abuse laws.
  • Knowledge of protection risks and emotional and behavioral consequences of children in vulnerable circumstances.
  • Training experience in child protection-related issues
  • Knowledge of research methodology, including the ability to conceptualize research studies.
  • Evidence of written work and documentation in the area of child mental health, and protection.
  • Strong English oral and written skills, with experience in coordinating and communicating with government and other systems/ agencies.
  • Good working knowledge of oral Hindi and/or Kannada. Willingness to travel within the country.
