Name of the Post	Qualification & Experience
Professor 8-year post PG experience	Academic Qualifications: MD/ MS/ DNB in the concerned subject. Teaching and Research Experience: Associate Professor in the subject for three years in a permitted/ recognized medical college/ institution. Should have at least four Research publications. The author should be among the first three or the corresponding author. Should have completed the basic course in Medical Education Technology in situations designated by NMC. Should have completed the Basic course in Biomedical Research from Institutions designated by NMC.
Professor, Emergency Medicine	Academic Qualifications: MD/ DNB (Emergency Medicine) OR MD/ MS/ DNB in General Medicine, Gen. Surgery, Resp. Medicine, Anesthesia, and Orthopedics. Teaching and Research Experience: As Associate Professor for three years in Emergency Medicine e or Subjects such as General Medicine, Gen. Surgery, Resp. Medicine, Anesthesia, and Orthopedics in a permitted/ recognized/ medical college/ institution. Special training for three years in Emergency Medicine in a teaching Institution/ Centre of Excellence with dedicated service in Emergency Medicine.
Assistant Professor	Academic Qualifications: MD/ MS/ DNB in the concerned subject. Teaching and Research Experience: One year as Senior Resident in the concerned subject in a recognized/ permitted medical college after acquiring MD/ MS Degree. The Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in broad specialty and super specialty qualifications when granted in a medical institution with an attached hospital A postgraduate qualification, but in all other cases, senior residency in a medical college for an additional period of one year shall be required for such qualification to be equivalent for the purposes of teaching.
Assistant Professor in Emergency Medicine	Academic Qualifications: MD/ DNB (Emergency Medicine) OR MD/ MS/ DNB in General Medicine, Gen. Surgery, Resp. Medicine, Anesthesia, Orthopedics Teaching and Research Experience: Special training for three years in Emergency Medicine in a teaching Institution/ Centre of Excellence with dedicated service in Emergency Medicine.
Associate Professor 5 years post PG experience	Academic Qualifications: MD/ MS/ DNB in the concerned subject. Teaching and Research Experience: As Assistant Professor in the subject for four years in a permitted/ recognized medical college/ institution. Should have at least two Research Publications.
