Required Educational Qualification

Age Limit

• Minimum 19 Years and Maximum 25 years

Gender and Martial Status

• Only unmarried males are eligible for the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy
• Both married and unmarried males can apply but marriage during training is not be permitted
• Unmarried males & females can apply for Officer Training Academy

Physical Standards

• Physically and mentally robust
• No permanent tattoos on the body
• Should not have a hernia
• Should not be impaired in terms of ability to hear
• Should not have excessive wax in ears
• Nasal septum should not deviate
• Maintain a proper Body Mass Index (BMI) as prescribed
• Should not have piles, gynecomastia or hydrocele/phimosis/varicocele
