Bombay High Court has invited offline applications from suitable and eligible candidates with having  required qualification and age group for filling up 64 vacant position of Law Clerk.  Interested Candidates may apply offline in prescribed format through the below given link and send it to given office address so as to reach on or before last date (i. e. 29/01/2025) .   Vacancy related all necessary details are written in few passage given below as following –

Law Clerk  The following categories of applicants shall be eligible to apply for selection as Law Clerks –

(A) (i) Fresh Law Graduates who have passed the final LLB Examination in the first attempt with minimum of 55% marks.

OR

(ii) Candidates possessing a Post Graduate Degree in Law

(B) The High Court may consider giving preference to candidates holding a Post Graduate Degree in Law.

(C) Candidates must have basic knowledge in the use of Computers / Laptop and softwares relating to case laws.

The Candidate must not be less than 21 years of age or more than 30 years of age , on the date of application.

Selection Process –

  • Personal Interview (50 Marks)(Minimum Qualifying Marks – 25)

  • Medical Examination

Interview Date /Centre –  Personal Interview will be conducted at High Court Bombay. date and time of interview will be notified to the candidates.

Date of Personal Interview will be published on web site of the High Court so also intimated only on the e-mail address of the candidates given in his/her application. ii) the President of the Advocates Association of Western India; or
iii) the President of the Incorporated Law Society

iv) For Bench at Nagpur

(C) The Principals of the respective institutions or, as the case may be, the respective Presidents of the Bar Associations should follow objective and transparent criteria in recommending applicants in order to ensure that candidates have an equal opportunity to apply for selection.

  • Now download and take a print out of the prescribed format of application form available through a link provided below on this page.
  • The Candidate must ascertain the correctness of all information before filling in the offline application and its final submission.
  • If you are eligible, Fill the offline application form in all field/ column very carefully and correctly without any error.
  • Enclose self attested photocopies of required and relevant supporting documents, paste photograph, do signature  on given space on application form
  • Attach Payment receipt with application form
  • check all the entered details once again and if there is any error found, re-check and edit or correct the error and do prepare a fresh copy of application form.
