Ordnance Factory, Chanda has invited offline applications from suitable and eligible candidates with having required qualification and age group for filling up 207 vacant post of Tenure Based Danger Building Worker (DBW) . Candidates possessing NAC/NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) in AOCP trade who are trained in Ordnance Factories under erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board or under Munitions India Limited (MIL), having training/experience in manufacturing & handling of Military Explosives and AmmunitionOR Candidates possessing NAC/NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) in AOCP trade from Government/Private Organizations having affiliation from Government and the candidates having AOCP from Government ITI will be considered.(Combined Merit list will be prepared for candidates trained in AOCP at Ordnance Factories and other institutes) |

Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories as per government rules and regulations. Note – The Candidates seeking age relaxation as per Govt. Reservation and Relaxation –
Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories as per government rules and regulations. Reservation guidelines as laid down by Government of India from time to time for reserved categories shall be followed. Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority.
Selection Process –
- Shortlisting based on the marks scored in the NCTVT and
- Trade Test / Practical Test
- Weightage of Marks in NCTVT Exam and Trade Test / Practical Test will be 80% and 20% respectively.

Note – Ex-apprentice of Ordnance Factory Chanda will be given preference over other candidates.
Exam / Test Date /Centre – will be notified on official website later. Trade Test will be carried out by Ordnance Factory Chanda probably within one month of closing date. Only short listed candidates will be informed through post and e-mail for Trade Test / Practical Test in due course. Admit Card / Call letters will be forwarded to the candidates by post and e-mail.
