AAI Recruitment 2026 में उम्मीदवारों का चयन संबंधित पद के अनुसार विभिन्न चरणों के माध्यम से किया जाएगा:

चरण 1 – Computer Based Test (CBT): सभी पदों के लिए ऑब्जेक्टिव टाइप कंप्यूटर बेस्ड टेस्ट आयोजित किया जाएगा। किसी भी गलत उत्तर के लिए नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं होगी। CBT का सिलेबस AAI की वेबसाइट पर अपलोड किया जाएगा। CBT द्विभाषी (हिंदी और अंग्रेजी) होगी।

चरण 2 – Application Verification/Subsequent Tests: CBT में प्रदर्शन के आधार पर शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों के दस्तावेजों की जाँच होगी।

Manager (Fire Services) के लिए Application Verification के बाद Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test और Physical Endurance Test (Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, Ladder Climbing) होगा। इन्हें पास करने वाले ही इंटरव्यू के लिए पात्र होंगे।
