Educational Qualification (Graduate & Technician Apprentice)
आवेदन के लिए आपके पास नीचे बताई गई योग्यता होनी चाहिए। ये सभी AICTE/UGC/NCVT/SCVT मान्यता प्राप्त होने चाहिए और 2022-23 या उसके बाद पास:

अगर आप चुने जाते हैं, तो ट्रेनिंग के दौरान मासिक स्टाइपेंड मिलेगा। आधी राशि सरकार DBT से आधार लिंक्ड अकाउंट में आएगी:

Selection Process for WCL Apprentice 2025
भर्ती के लिए किसी भी प्रकार की परीक्षा नहीं होगी। इसके लिए आपके मार्क्स के आधार पर ही सिलेक्शन होगा।
- मेरिट लिस्ट: आपके ग्रेजुएट/डिप्लोमा के लिए क्वालिफाइंग एग्जाम के नम्बरों के आधार पर मेरिट लिस्ट बनाई जायगी। ट्रेड के लिए मैट्रिक और ITI के औसत मार्क्स पर मेरिट बनेगी। और सिक्योरिटी के लिए मैट्रिक यानि 10वीं के नम्बरों पर मेरिट तैयार होगी।
- टाई-ब्रेकिंग: बराबर मार्क्स होने पर जन्म तिथि के हिसाब से जो बड़ा होगा उसे सेलेक्ट किया जाएगा।
- शॉर्टलिस्टिंग: शॉर्टलिस्ट उम्मीदवारों को डॉक्यूमेंट चेक (ओरिजिनल सर्टिफिकेट) के साथ पदों के 1.5 गुना के अनुसार बुलाया जाएगा।
- अंतिम चरण: मेडिकल फिटनेस (Form O, माइंस रूल्स 1955 के अनुसार, WCL डॉक्टर से मेडिकल जाँच होगी। उसके बाद जॉइनिंग होगी।
नोट: ट्रेनिंग खत्म पर जॉब की कोई गारंटी नहीं। WCL को वैकेंसी बदलने या कैंसल करने का अधिकार है। कोई TA/DA नहीं।

ऑनलाइन अप्लाई और वेरिफिकेशन के समय ये दस्तावेज स्कैन करके रखें। जॉइनिंग पर ओरिजिनल दिखाने होंगे:

How to Apply for WCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025?
WCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 के लिए आपको पहले NATS/NAPS पर रजिस्टर करना होगा, फिर WCL पोर्टल से इन पदों के लिए अप्लाई कर सकते हैं। पूरी प्रोसेस के लिए नीचे दिए स्टेप्स को फॉलो करें:
For Graduate Engineering and Diploma (NATS Portal):
- सबसे पहले आपको NATS की वेबसाइट nats.education.gov.in पर जाकर रजिस्टर करना होगा।
- nats.education.gov.in वेबसाइट के होमपेज पर आने के बाद, आपको ‘Student’ की ऑप्शन दिखेगी उस पर क्लिक करें। अपनी कैटेगेरी चुने। और ‘Student Registration’ पर क्लिक करें।
- नेक्स्ट पेज पर ज भी डॉक्युमनेट लिखे हैं वे आपके पास होने चाहिए।
- फिर ‘Do you have above data to Enroll ?’ के निचे ‘Yes’ पर क्लिक करें।
- अब आपको इस एनरोलमेंट फॉर्म को ध्यान से भरना होगा और सबमिट के विकल्प पर क्लिक कर देना होगा, जिससे आपको अपनी एनरोलमेंट ID मिल जाएगी। इसे नोट कर लें।
ITI Trade Apprentice के लिए (NAPS Portal):
- NAPS Apprenticeship Registration Online करने के लिए आप सबसे पहले आधिकारिक वेबसाइट apprenticeshipindia.gov.in पर जाएँ।
- ऑफिसियल वेबसाईट के होमपेज पर “Login/Register” पर क्लिक करें।
- इसके बाद आपके सामने एक नया पेज आएगा, जिसमें से आप Register as a candidate के ऑप्शन का चयन कर लेंगे।
- उसके बाद पंजीकरण के लिए अपना मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी दर्ज करें।
- मांगे गये जानकारी को दर्ज करने के बाद आप Register ऑप्शन का चरण कर लेंगे।
- आपको बता दे की इस पोर्टल पर नए उम्मीदवार का रजिस्ट्रेशन तभी पूरा माना जाएगा जब वह अपना आधार नंबर दर्ज कर और e-KYC प्रक्रिया पूरी कर लेगा।
- रजिस्ट्रेशन पूरा करें और अपनी एनरोलमेंट ID ले लें।

- WCL की वेबसाइट westerncoal.in पर जाएं।
- होमपेज में आने के बाद navbar में Career > Apprentice और फिर आप Trade या Graduate जिसके लिए अप्लाई करना चाहते है वो सेलेक्ट करें।
