All Candidate must have registered in MHRD NATS Portal (http://www.mhrdnats.gov.in/), it is mandatory. Candidates who have previously undergone Apprenticeship and/or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training and/or presently in employment elsewhere being registered for Apprenticeship Training elsewhere under Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, are not eligible to apply.

Minimum Physical Standards –
As prescribed in Clause 4 of the Apprenticeship Rule 1992, and amendments thereof if any
Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories as per government rules and regulations
Reservation and Relaxation –
Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories (i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD etc.) as per government rules and regulations. Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority.
Selection Process –
- Short Listing Based on percentage of marks obtained in qualifying degree /diploma.
