In the latest notice titled ‘Rescheduling of UPSC (P)-PSC (P) Examination, 2024’, UP SSC has confirmed that ‘UPSC CSE Exam List’ has been released on May 26, 2024.

UPSC CSE Prelims will now going to be conducted on 16 June 2024. The main reason for the postponement of UPSC Prelims 2024 exam is the conflict with the Lok Sabha elections. Recently ECI released the schedule for the 18th Lok Sabha elections, due to which UPSC had to revise the date of UPSC preliminary exam for 2024.
An official UPSC notification said that “Due to the schedule of imminent general elections, the Commission has decided to postpone the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2024.”
