OPSC OCS Eligibility Criteria – 

Educational Qualification – 

• Candidate should have passed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or a State Legislature in India or an Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or deemed to be a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time.
• Candidates must have passed Class 8 in Odia as a language subject, the Middle School, the HSC, or comparable Odia language exams.

Age Limit (As on 01/01/2023) –

• 21 to 38 years. Age Relaxation Extra. Check official Notification for more information.

Age Relaxation –

• Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories as per government rules and regulations
• SC/ST/SEBC/Women/EXSM – 05 years, PH – 10 years(In each category),

Reservation and Relaxation –

• Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved categories as per government rules and regulations.

Pay Scale –

For Group A Posts : Rs. 56100/- in Level 12 Cell 1 in the Pay Matrix under Rule 3 of ORSP Rules, 2017

For Group B Posts : Rs. 44900/- in Level 10 Cell 1 in the Pay Matrix provided under Rule 3 of ORSP Rules, 2017
