  Important information regarding Selection process for Executive Positions: 1. Candidates meeting the desired qualification and experience criteria shall be further shortlisted for interview on the pre-determined ratio considering relevancy of the experience, past value addition, proven track record, etc,. The relevancy of experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertilizer or related industries shall be given preference. 2. The guidelines for the published qualifications are as under : 2.1 Only full time regular courses will be considered including graduation, post-graduation, 10th and 12th etc., except professional courses like, CA, ICWA, CS, AMIE 2.2 The qualification(s) must be from UGC recognized Indian university/UGC recognized Indian Deemed University or AICTE approved courses from Autonomous Indian Institutions/concerned statutory council (wherever applicable) 2.3 Wherever MBA has been mentioned as requirement, it means 2 years full time MBA. Apart from MBA, Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in relevant field / MMS with specialization in relevant field shall also be considered. 2.4 MBA/PG Diploma in Management/ MMS qualifications where there is a mention of Dual Specialization, one of the specializations necessarily needs to be function specific for which the post has been advertised. 2.5 Engineering Degree can be B.E./B. Tech./ B. Sc. Engg. 2.6 In case degree acquired abroad, the equivalent Indian qualifications will be as recognized by UGC/Association of Indian Universities. 3. The minimum post qualification experience for all published positions shall be reckoned from the first job up to closing date of application.(i.e 28/07/2022) 4. The upper age limit for the said position shall apply as mentioned in the advertisement as on closing date of application (i.e 28/07/2022) 5. The intimation for interview shall be sent (through e-mail) to shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted candidates shall be interviewed by the selection board. 6. The selection for appointment of candidates would be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates / testimonials and Pre-employment medical fitness. 7. One candidate can apply for one post only. 8. In case it is found at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility norms and / or that he has furnished incorrect / doctored / false information / certificate / documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his / her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is / are found even after appointment his / her services are liable to be terminated. 9. Company shall not be making any communication pertaining to rejection of candidature. 10. Please note that merely applying for job in OPaL, does not entitle for the job in the Company. 11. The decision of OPaL Management would be final.
