NIACL Assistant Selection Process
The selection of eligible individuals for NIACL Assistant Vacancies will be based on their performances in the following recruitment stages –
- Preliminary Online Test
- Main Online Test
- Regional Language Test (Qualifying nature only)
- Document Verification and Medical Examination
Regional Language Test
Candidates who will qualify for the main examination will be shortlisted for the Regional Language Test before their final selection. Individuals will not get separate marks for the Regional Language Test. The Exam will be only qualifying in nature. The final selection of eligible individuals will be based on the online examination subject to qualifying for the Regional Language Test.
While appearing for the Regional Language Test, the admit card along with the original and a photocopy of the currently valid Photo Identity Proof. The Ration card and learning driving License will not be accepted as ID Proof.
NIAL Assistant Merit List
The organization will prepare the final NIAL Assistant Merit List both state-wise and category-wise in descending order of the marks secured by the individuals in the online main examination subject to qualifying for the regional test. Those who will fall within the number of Assistant vacancies in the NIAL Merit List will be considered for appointment subject to Medical Examination.
If two or more individuals score equal marks by two or more individuals in the merit list then individuals with higher age will be shortlisted for the next selection process of recruitment.
