NFC Apprentice 2024 Eligibility Criteria –

Note – Candidates with post-graduation are not eligible to apply.
Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories as per government rules and regulations. Note – The Candidates seeking age relaxation as per Govt. Guidelines will be required to submit copies of necessary certificate(s) at any subsequent stage of the selection process, as required by the NFC Hyderabad Company.

Reservation and Relaxation –
Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/ etc. ) as per apprenticeship act and government rules and regulations. Reservation guidelines as laid down by Government of India from time to time for SC/ST/OBC/etc. shall be followed. Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority. Candidates claiming reservation under SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer) must mention same at the time of registration in NAPS portal otherwise they will be considered in General. Also, those registered under SC/ST/OBC must bring original certificate to this effect at the time of joining.
Selection Process –
- Candidates for Trades other than Electrician shall be selected on merit basis (percentage of marks of qualifying examination). In case of tie, the percentage of marks of 10th /SSC shall be considered as tie-breaker.
- Candidates for the Trade Electrician shall be selected on the basis of interview.
- The candidates will be selected purely on merit basis and same shall be communicated to the selected candidates through e-mail.

Note – Every apprentice who has completed the period of training has to undergo Trade Test to determine his proficiency in the designated Trade. Only on passing the Trade test, Apprentices will be awarded National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by Controller of Examination (DGT) through Apprenticeship portal.
Date of Commencement of Training – Will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates through E-mail.
