Eligibility Criteria – 

Name of Post	Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Professor (Including Assistant Librarian)	An esteemed scholar with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline, high-quality published work, active research, at least 10 peer-reviewed or UGC-listed publications, and a total research score of 120 meets the criteria. A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university or college, or research experience, with evidence of successfully guiding a doctoral candidate, or an outstanding professional with a Ph.D. degree, contributing significantly to knowledge. Assistant Librarian – Master Degree in Library Science, Science, Information Science or Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree, with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point –scale, wherever the grading system is followed)
Associate Professor	The applicant must have a strong academic record, including a Ph.D. in relevant disciplines and a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks. A candidate must have at least eight years of teaching and research experience, seven peer-reviewed publications, and a research score of 75 according to the criteria.
Professor	A Master’s degree with 55% marks in a relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. To be eligible, candidates must pass the National Eligibility Test (NET) or have been awarded a Ph.D. degree by the University Grants Commission’s regulations. PhD candidates must meet certain conditions, such as a regular award, evaluation by external examiners, open viva voce, publication of research papers, and presentation at conferences or seminars sponsored by UGC or CSIR NET.
