- ऑफलाइन प्रक्रिया के लिए आवेदन पत्र को निर्धारित प्रपत्र में भरकर कार्यालय में जमा करें या डाक द्वारा दिए गए पते पर भेजे एवं ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया के लिए संलग्न प्रपत्र – I के अनुसार अप्लाई करें. आवेदक द्वारा ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन आवेदन अंतिम तिथि तक जमा करना बहुत जरुरी है।
