उसी पेज पर उपलब्ध “Click to apply online at CU-Chayan portal ” link को क्लिक करें और अपने Email Id और mobile number का प्रयोग करते हुए Registration करें।
इसके बाद लॉगिन करके ऑनलाइन आवेदन को सही सही भरें।
सभी required documents, Photograph and Signature को scan करके upload करें।
Application Fee online payment करें।
Online Application Form को final submit करके Print out प्राप्त कर लें
