Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel के पद हेतु अनिवार्य शैक्षणिक योग्यता

• Practice in Criminal law for at least 10 years,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills,
• Excellent understanding of criminal law,
• Thorough understanding of ethical duties of a defence counsel,
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with others capability to lead,
• Must have handled 30 criminal trials in Sessions Courts, foresaid condition of handling of 30 criminal cases can be relaxed in appropriate circumstances,
• Knowledge of computer system, preferable,
• Quality to lead the team with capacity to manage the office आदि।

Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel के पद हेतु अनिवार्य शैक्षणिक योग्यता

• 1. Practice in Criminal law for at least 7 years
• Excellent understanding of criminal law,

• Thorough understanding of ethical duties of defence counsel,
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with others,

• Practice in criminal law from 0 to 3 years.

• Excellent writing and research skills.
• IT Knowledge with high proficiency in work

Office Assistant के पदे हेतु अनिवार्य  शैक्षणिक योग्यता

• Educational Qualification: Graduation,
• Basic word processing skills and the ability to operate computer and skills to feed data,
• Good Typing speed with proper setting of petition,
• Ability to take dictation and prepare files for presentation in the Courts,
• File maintenance and processing knowledge आदि।

Receptionist-cum-Data Entry Operator के पद हेतु अनिवार्य शैक्षणिक योग्यता

• Word and data processing abilities,

Office Peon हेतु अनिवार्य शैक्षणिक योग्यता

• General work of MTS, Munshi or Peon,
• Cleaning the office before the commencement of office hours,

• अन्त मे, एक  लिफाफे  में सुरक्षित रखना होगा।

• HSLSA Recruitment 2022  के तहत हमारे वे सभी  आवेदक व उम्मीदवार जो कि, ministerial posts जैेसे कि – Office Assistants, Receptionist-cum-Data Entry Operator and Peons  आदि के लिए आवेदन कर रहे है उन्हें अलग  तरह से आवेदन करना होगा,
• आप सभी आवेदको को, आवेदन के लिए एक सादे  – कागज पर अर्थात् plain paper पर अपना  आवेदन फॉर्म  लिखना होगा // application well drafted on a plain paper,
