HP DElEd 2024: 20 अप्रैल से आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू

हिमाचल प्रदेश बोर्ड ऑफ स्कूल एजुकेशन (HPBOSE) हिमाचल प्रदेश के 12 DIET के साथ-साथ 28 निजी संबद्ध संस्थानों में 2 साल के DElEd पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए 08-06-2024 को DElEd CET परीक्षा यानी कॉमन एंट्रेंस टेस्ट 2024 आयोजित करेगा। परीक्षा ऑफलाइन मोड में आयोजित की जाएगी. योग्य उम्मीदवारों का चयन लिखित परीक्षा की योग्यता के आधार पर किया जाएगा. उम्मीदवार यहां से HP Deled 2024 का विवरण देख सकते हैं।

HP Deled Eligibility Criteria

The Eligibility criteria for HP Deled 2024 have been mentioned below. The eligibility of the candidates will be verified at the time of counseling/screening.

Educational Qualifications: Candidate with at least 50% marks in the higher secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination

Appearing Candidates: Those who are appearing or have appeared but waiting for their results can apply on a provisional basis. However, they have to produce an original certificate of 12^th class or its equivalent examination at the time of counseling/screening.

Age Limit: The Minimum age for HP Deled 2024 is 17 years and the Maximum age limit is 32 years. There will be no upper age limit in the case of Ex-servicemen candidates only. Relaxation of the 5 years in the upper age will be given to reserved category candidates as per the existing rules regulations and instructions of the state government issued from time to time.

Minimum Marks: Candidate must have passed class XII or equivalent examination with a minimum score of 50% marks for open/general category candidates & 45% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates from a recognized board/university.

Relaxation: The relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum educational qualification shall be available to SC/ST/OBC/PHH candidates as per the relevant rules and instructions of the State government, issued from time to time.

HP D.El.Ed Application Fees

The selection of the eligible candidates for the 2-year Deled program in 12 government DIETs as well as 28 Private Affiliated Institutes of the state (as directed by the Government) will be based on a written test i.e. Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the H.P. Board of School Education, Dharamshala.

Procedure to Apply for HPBOSE D.El.Ed 2024

Step 1: Registration:

• Go to the official website of the Himachal Pradesh Deled

• Candidates need to click on the New Registration link.

Step 2: Fill the Application form:

Step 3: Uploading documents:

• After filling in all the details, candidates have to upload a scanned copy of their signature, a recent passport-sized photograph and a declaration.

• After uploading documents, the candidate may pay the application fee.

Conditions for HP Deled 2-year Program

• Attendance would be 90%. There would be a relaxation of 50% attendance in respect of pregnancy/maternity cases. This relation if required will be given by the Government/Directorate in genuine cases on the recommendation of the Principal DIETs.
• The minimum pass percentage marks in the examination would be 45%. The power to amend these regulations will remain with the Government/Department of Elementary Education.
• The power to relax any saving clauses of the regulation will remain with the Government/Department of Elementary Education.
• The Board allows two chances to clear the compartment examination. However, if for one or the other reason a candidate is not able to appear at the supplementary examination, the Board will have to allow such candidates an extra chance to meet the ends of justice. It also sounds unfair to allow only one chance to clear a compartment or re-appear.

HP Deled Exam Centers

D.El.Ed Common Entrance Test will be held at the following Subdivisions, however, the board has the right to allot/change or cancel any examination center at its direction. Once allotted, the exam center will not change. so, candidates have to fill in the correct exam center preference in the online application form.

HP Deled Admit Card

The Board will allot the HP DELED CET Admit card to those students who have successfully submitted the application form in the given time. Candidates will be able to download the HP Deled Hall Ticket 4 days before the examination. HP Deled 2024 Admit Card shall contain the candidate’s name, roll number, photograph, signature, address of the examination center and test schedule.

Once, the call letter is received by the candidate, they should carefully go through the details. In case of discrepancy, the candidate should immediately be brought to the notice of the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education.

HP D.El.Ed Answer Key

The provisional HP D.El.Ed CET answer key will be published on the official website of the Board. The instructions for filing objections will be declared separately by the board. However, candidates have to fill out the objection form within 7 days of the publication of the provisional answer key.

Candidates have to send written objections through e-mail or by post along with an abstract of reference and facts shown under the relevant page of the concerned authentic book. After this, the Report of the subject expert shall be considered final and will be incorporated for Final Answer Key and will be published as ” Final Answer Key ” on the official website of the Board.

The Board will declare the HP Deled Result in July/August 2024. The minimum qualifying criteria for the HP Deled Common Entrance Exam, category-wise with marks have been mentioned below.

HP D.El.Ed Merit List

Based on the total score in the Deled CET, a Merit list will be prepared. In the case of the tie-breaking score, candidates will be ranked higher based on age (seniors will be ranked higher). There will be no personal interview for selection, however, counseling will be held to ascertain the credentials and sponsoring the candidates to the different government DIETs and privately managed institutions.

The HP Deled counseling will be done for those who will qualify in the written round of the entrance exam. It will be conducted to ascertain the credentials and also sponsor the applicants to different government DIETs and private Institutions. In 2023, there were 900 seats in Government District Institute of Education & Training (DIETs) and 1550 seats in Private affiliated Institutions.
