The Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) was initiated in the year 2017 to provide a common platform for registered individuals seeking admission into an M.Tech. Program in participating Institutes, or job offers from participating Public Sector Units (PSUs). Over the years, more than 23 institutes and PSUs have come together and participated in COAP to fill their M.Tech. seats or job vacancies.
Every year, the preceding year’s GATE organizing institute acts as the coordinating institute for COAP. Individuals who have qualified the GATE exam can register themselves from 19th March 2024 at 02:00 pm. Individuals can apply online from the below provided links.

Procedure for GATE COAP Registration 2024
Step 1: Visit the official website of GATE COAP 2024 which is iitk.ac.in/coap2024
Step 2: Now you have to click on the “Register” tab and enter the required details
Step 3: After GATE COAP Registration 2024, you have to log in using the generated credentials
Step 4: Fill out the choices for the counseling process
Step 5: Save the changes and click on the final submission link
