NESTS ने EMRS STAFF SELECTION EXAM (ESSE)-2025 की तरफ से 19 सितंबर को EMRS Recruitment 2025 की नई भर्तियों के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी की थी। इन नोटिफिकेशन के अनुसार ट्राइबल एरिया के स्कूलों में टीचिंग या नॉन-टीचिंग के अलग – अलग पदों के कुल 7267 रिक्तियों को भरने की सुचना दी है। साथ ही इन पदों के लिए जो भी जरुरी चीज़े है उनके बारे में भी जताया गया है।

NCTE की तरफ से आई नोटिफिकेशन के अनुसार Eligibility Criteria की पूरी जानकारी निचे दी गई है।

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Post	Essential Qualification
Principal	Essential: i) Master’s Degree with at least 50%. ii) B.Ed. from NCTE recognized institution with 50% OR 3-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. OR 4-year Integrated Graduation with B.Ed. component. iii) Experience: – Principal in Level-12 (₹78,800–₹2,09,200) OR Vice Principal / Assistant Education Officer in Level-10 with 9 years combined service (3 years as VP) OR PGT/Lecturer in Level-8 with 12 years regular service.
PGTs (All Subjects)	Essential Qualifications : a) Integrated Post Graduate Course in relevant subject with 50% including B.Ed. component OR b) Master’s Degree with 50% and B.Ed. from NCTE OR c) 3-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. OR e) 4-year Integrated Graduation with B.Ed. component.
PGT (Computer Science)	M.Sc. (CS/IT) / MCA / M.Tech (CS/IT) with 50% aggregate. Note: For promotion in future, B.Ed. required.
TGTs (All Subjects)	Essential Qualification (A, B and C): (A) Bachelor Graduation Degree in Subject Graduation in relevant subject with 50% OR Integrated Graduation Bachelors / Honours Degree with 50% OR PG with 55% (subject studied at Graduation) + 3-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. with 50%. Librarian	Bachelor’s in Library Science at least 50% marks OR Library & Information Science with 50% OR Integrated Master of Library & Information Science with 50%.
Female Staff Nurse	B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing from a recognized University / Institute. OR B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University / Institute. OR Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing. Registered Nurse (RN/RM) from a recognized University / Institute.
Hostel Warden	Four-year integrated Graduation in concerned subject (NCERT/NCTE) OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Accountant	Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)	Class XII with typing speed: 35 WPM English or 30 WPM Hindi.
Lab Attendant	Class X + Certificate/Diploma in Laboratory Techniques OR Class XII (Science).
