Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories Candidates of Haryana State having Haryana Domicile as per Haryana State government rules and regulations. Note – The Candidates seeking age relaxation as per Govt. Guidelines will be required to submit copies of necessary certificate(s) at any subsequent stage of the selection process, as required by the District Court, Fatehabad.
Reservation and Relaxation –
Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories Candidates of Haryana State having Haryana Domicile as per Haryana State government rules and regulations. Reservation guidelines as laid down by Government of Haryana from time to time for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD etc. shall be followed. Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority. Candidates of reserved category of other States / U.T. will be considered as a Candidate of General Category.
Selection Process –
- The candidates shall have to pass a test at a speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Shorthand and 20 W.P.M. in Transcription of the same on computer.
- The Candidates qualifying the short hand test will have to qualify proficiency test in computers (word processing and spread sheets.)

Note – The Candidates are required to bring their all originals testimonials at the time of test.
Test Date /Centre – The information about date and place, schedule of shorthand/ type test shall be uploaded on the official website of District Courts, Fatehabad i.e. https://fatehabad.dcourts.gov.in/ in due course. However, no separate call letters/information for shorthand/ type test shall be issued to the candidates. It shall be the responsibility of the candidates to keep themselves updated about the same by regularly visiting the official website of this office after last date of submission of applications (i.e. 24/12/2024) for updates related to further process of recruitment. The Candidates are required to bring their proof of identity at the time of stenography test, failing which, he/she will not be allowed for test.
