CMWSSB Apprentice Recruitment 2024 – Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) [USER ID: STNCHS000035) has recently published an apprenticeship training notification for filling up  108 vacant seat of Graduate Apprentice & Technician (Diploma) Apprentice in various discipline.    In this regard, CMWSSB has invited online applications from candidates with meeting requisite eligibility criteria. CMWSSB Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Notification Details 

Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) has invited online applications from suitable and eligible candidates with having  required qualification and age group for filling up 108 vacant seat of Graduate Apprentice and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices.   Interested Candidates may apply online through the below given link within given date schedule. Apprenticeship notification related necessary details are given in few paragraphs  below as following –

Eligibility Criteria –

Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories as per government rules and regulations. Note – The Candidates seeking age relaxation as per Govt. Guidelines will be required to submit copies of necessary certificate(s) at any subsequent stage of the selection process, as required by the CMWSSB.
Reservation and Relaxation –

Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories (SC/ST/OBC/PWBD etc) etc as per government rules and regulations. Reservation guidelines as laid down by Government of India from time to time for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD etc. shall be followed.  Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority.

Minimum Physical Standards – 

As prescribed in Clause 4 of the Apprenticeship Rule 1992, and amendments there of if any.

Selection Process –

• Based on the percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification
• Document Verification &
• Medical Examination

Note – Shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through their registered Email id. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for Certificate Verification at CMWSSB, Chennai.

  For students who have already enrolled in the old National Web Portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) and having login details
• Step – I 
  a. Type the URL https://nats.education.gov.in
  b. Click Student
  c. Click Student login
  d. Click Forgot Password
  e. Enter Registered email id to get activation link & Reset password.
  Step 2:
  a. Student login
  b. Enter registered email id & new password
  c. Complete application form
  d. A unique Enrollment number (12 digit) for each student will be generated. After completion of enrollment (new portal migration) process

b. Click Student
c. Click Student Register
d. Complete the application form
e. A unique Enrolment Number (ATN… ……….. ) 12 digits for each student will be generated. After completing the Enrollment

For applying – 

a. Login with email ID and password
b. Under “Apply against advertised vacancies” Search “CHENNAI METROPOLITAN WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE BOARD”
c. Click apply (You can see the status as “applied”)

Instructions – 

• create registration with your valid email & active mobile number.
• capture Registration Number & Password to login
• The Candidate must ascertain the correctness of all information before filling in the online application and its final submission.
• If you are eligible, Fill the online application form in all field/ column very carefully and correctly without any error.
• upload all scanned copies of required documents, photograph, signature  in proper size & format

1.Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973, and/or having one year or more experience are not eligible to apply.
