B.Sc (Nursing) with successful completion of six months integrated curriculam of Certificate in Community Health (CCH) OR
Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) with Successful completion of six months Integrated curriculum of Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) OR B.Sc (Nursing)/ Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing)/ General Nurse and Midwifery (GNM) Passed with completed Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH). Note – Nursing Degree should from academic year 2020 onwards. Note – Candidates should be registered with Indian Nursing Council / Any State Nursing Council at the time of applying.

- Minimum Age should be 21 years for all category male & female candidates
