The selection of eligible individuals is based on a Personal Interview followed by a Medical Examination. - Sr. Medical Officer/Medical Specialist: 35 years
Relaxation in Age
The relaxation of age for following categories as follows –
- OBC (Non Creamy Layer): 3 Years
- SC/ ST: 5 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years
- Domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 1.1.1980 & 31.12.1989: 5 Years

Candidates will be selected for the BCCL Recruitment 2024 based on their performance in –

Salary Structure
Candidates who will get selected for the available BCCL vacancies will get the scale of pay as follows –
- Sr. Medical Specialist (Grade – E-4): ₹ 70,000- 2,00,000
- Medical Specialist (Grade – E-3): ₹ 60,000- 1,80,000
- Sr. Medical Officer (Grade – E-3): ₹ 60,000- 1,80,000
For Sr. Medical Specialist and Medical Specialist Posts, individuals will also get a non-practicing allowance, perks, VDA, etc.
