Allahabad High Court Eligibility Criteria – 

Eligibility Criteria –

• An Advocate candidate must be a person not already in the service of the Union or of State and has been for not less than seven years an advocate having continuous practice. Candidate should also have Bachelor Degree in Law.

Age Limit (As on 01/01/2024) –

•  35 to 45 years.

Age Relaxation –

• Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories of only Uttar Pradesh as per government rules and regulations

केवल reserved category के अभ्यर्थी को ऊपरी आयु सीमा में सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार रियायत दी जाएगी।

• SC/ST/OBC – 03 years, OBC – 3 years, PH – 10 years(In each category),  EXSM -05 Years

• Reservation & Relaxation  will be given to only reserved categories of Uttar Pradesh as per government rules and regulations.
