Stenographer Grade – III	Graduation (+3) or equivalent and Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) shall be Able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed at least a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard. Candidate must knowledge of shorthand and have to   possess a minimum speed of 80 words in English shorthand and 40 words  in English Type Writing per minute on computer system.	Between 18 to 32 years.
Junior Clerk cum Copyist	Graduation (+3) or equivalent and Diploma in Computer Application (DCA)/ Diploma in Computer Science Must be Able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.	Between 18 to 32 years
Junior Typist	Graduation (+3) or equivalent and Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) Must be Able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard. Must have possess a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Type Writing	Between 18 to 32 years
