- In the next page there are two options

- capture Registration Number & Password
- If you are eligible, Fill the online application form very correctly and carefully without any error.
- upload all scanned copies of required documents in proper size & format
- After filling up the required details in the online application form click on “submit” button. After successful submit, an application ID will be generated. Candidates are required to note the Application ID for future reference .
- take a print out for future reference. Print out copy contains filled in application form, Declaration form, and Document verification form.
