Super Specialist	DM/DNB/ DrNB/Mch in relevant super specialty	Rs.250,000/-
Specialist	MBBS with PG Degree /Diploma in relevant specialty	For PG Diploma – Rs. 1,20,000/- For PG Degree – Rs. 1,60,000/-
GDMO	MBBS/MBBS with Diploma or Associate Fellowship in Industrial Health	Rs. 90,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/-

Note – Only those e Doctors who are registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC) or having valid practitioner licence and enrolled in the State Register or the National Register, as the case may be, can apply.
