specialization in MBA/ PG Diploma/ Post Graduate

MBA/ PG Diploma/ Post Graduate Program for
Assistant Manager (HR) post.
ii. Only candidates having above specialization shall be eligible. Self-declaration/ undertaking by the candidates shall not be acceptable for
this purpose.

Post Qualification Experience

Candidate should have minimum experience of 2 years in the field of Human Resource Management &
Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Behavior, Labour Legislation / Codes, Wages & Salary
Administration, Legal matters & RTI, Disciplinary Matters, HR Accounting & HR Audit, Cost Management,
Performance Management & Variable payments etc. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience of HR module in SAP, HR Dashboard and MS-Excel

Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories (OBC-NCL/ SC/ST/PH)  as per government rules and regulations. Note – The Candidates seeking age relaxation as per Govt. Reservation and Relaxation –

Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/EXSM/PWBD/ J& K Domicile etc. )  as per government rules and regulations. Reservation guidelines as laid down by Government of India from time to time for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWBD etc. shall be followed.  Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority.

  • Objective type questions carrying one marks each
  • Total No. of Questions – 125 Questions
  • Subjects – English, General Awareness, Number Quantitative Ability, Basic of Computers, Reasoning, and a discipline related subject.
  • Total Marks – 125 Marks
  • Duration -2.5 hours
  • No Negative Marking
  • Written Test – A minimum of 50% marks for UR/ EWS (45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts) in written test will be required to enable the candidate to be considered for further consideration.
  • Interview – A minimum of 60% marks for UR/ EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/ PWD against reserved posts) in interview will be required to enable the candidate to be considered for placement on panel, which would be based upon the overall merit order. There will be no minimum qualifying marks required in the aggregate.
