NHM UP has invited online applications from suitable and eligible candidates with having  required qualification and age group for filling up 7401 vacant position of  Community Health Officer (CHO). Interested Candidates may apply online through the below given link on or before last date.  Recruitment related necessary details are given in few paragraphs  below as following –

Category Wise Vacancy Reservation Status

Horizontal Reservation Status – 

NHM UP CHO  Eligibility Criteria –

Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories of only permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh as per state government rules and regulations. Note – The Candidates seeking age relaxation as per Govt. Guidelines will be required to submit copies of necessary certificate(s) at any subsequent stage of the selection process, as required by the NHM UP. Candidates other than from UP State will be not given any age relaxation and treated as General Category Candidates.

Reservation and Relaxation –

Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories  etc.  as per government rules and regulations. Reservation guidelines as laid down by Government of India from time to time for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD etc. shall be followed.  Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority. Candidates other than from UP State will be not given any relaxation and treated as General Unreserved Category Candidates

Selection Process –

• Online Written Test (Computer Based Test – CBT)
• Document Verification Process &
• Medical Examination

Exam / Document Date /Centre –  will be notified later on official website of NHU UP. Written Test will be held at major cities across Uttar Pradesh State.

Exam Pattern –

• The UP NHM CHO computer-based Test will consist of objective-type questions.
• A total of 100 multiple-choice questions will be asked for a total of 100 marks.
• The time duration of the exam is 02 hours.
• There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

COVID-19 Experience Weightage

Eligible candidates may receive additional marks based on the length of their COVID-19 management experience as follows:

• 6 months: 5 extra marks
• 1 year: 10 extra marks
• 1.5 years: 15 extra marks

This additional weightage will be added to the candidate’s score in the Computer-Based Test (CBT), enhancing the chances of selection for those who demonstrated their skills and commitment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Certificate from Principal of concerned Institution regarding Integration of Middle Level Health Provider (MLHP)/CCHN Course in Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) and PB B.Sc. Nursing (should be as prescribed in Annexure-VII)
• Certificate issued by the concerned University regarding Integration of Middle Level Health Provider(MLHP)/CCHN Course in Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) and PB B.Sc. Nursing.
• QR Based COVID experience Certificate issued by concerned district. QR based COVID Experience certificate issued on prescribed proforma as per Annexure-V only shall be treated valid.
• UP Nurses & Midwives Council Registration Certificate/Other State Nursing Council

• Recent Passport size color Photograph
• Signature (Not in Capital Letter)

   पूर्व में राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन, उ०प्र० के अन्तर्गत 5582 संविदा कम्युनिटी हेल्थ ऑफिसर (सी0एच0ओ0) की भर्ती हेतु प्रकाशित विज्ञापन संख्या: 652/SPMU/NHM/Appt./2023-24/8290 दिनांक 25.01.2024 में जिन आवेदको द्वारा आवेदन किया जा चुका है उन्हें इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया में उन्हीं दस्तावेजो के आधार पर यथावत् सम्मिलित कर लिया जायेगा। ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों को पुनः आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। अपितु ऐसे अभ्यर्थी द्वारा पूर्व में किये गये आवेदन में वांछित संशोधन किया जा सकता हैं।
