Jr. Clerk cum Copyist	Graduation (+3) or equivalent and Diploma in Computer Application (DCA)/ Must be Able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard.	18 to 32 years

Stenographer Gr. – III	Graduation (+3) or equivalent and Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) shall be Able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed at least a test in Odia equivalent to M.E. Standard. Candidate must knowledge of shorthand and   possess a minimum speed of 80 words in English shorthand and 40 words  in English Type Writing per minute on computer system.	18 to 32 years.
